These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Govinda Wealth Solutions ("us", "we", or "our"), operated by Ravindra Ananda Pansare. By accessing our website (InvestNashik.in) or availing of our financial and digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Advisory Services (Mutual Funds & Insurance)

As a NISM Certified Mutual Fund Distributor and Financial Advisor:

• We provide advice based on your risk profile and financial goals. However, the final decision to invest rests with you.
• Investments in Mutual Funds are subject to market risks. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to market fluctuations.
• We operate on a "best effort" basis to ensure accurate portfolio tracking, but we rely on data provided by AMCs and Registrars (CAMS/KFintech).

2. Digital & Cyber Cafe Services

For services regarding online documentation, government forms, and banking assistance:

• Accuracy of Data: You act as the sole guarantor of the accuracy of the documents and information you provide to us. We are not responsible for rejection due to incorrect personal details provided by you.
• Submission Timelines: We will make every effort to submit forms on time. However, we are not liable for delays caused by government server downtime or technical glitches on third-party portals.
• Privacy: Documents shared for printing or uploading are handled with strict confidentiality and are not stored permanently unless required for your ongoing service.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself (KYC).
• Maintain the confidentiality of your investment login credentials (if provided).
• Not use our website or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Payment & Fees

Mutual Funds: We earn commissions from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) as per SEBI regulations. THERE ARE NO DIRECT OR INDIRECT CHARGES , FEE , TAKEN FROM CUSTOMER , WE EARN FROM AMC COMMISSION ONLY.

Digital Services: Fees for online form filling, printing, and documentation support are payable at the time of service at our office in Thangaon.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Govinda Wealth Solutions, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the services shall be instituted in a competent court in Nashik, Maharashtra.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
